GRILL 🔥: Enjoy the grill during your stay! Most homes in the area charge extra, but we include it for you! Guests are kindly asked to provide their own propane for the grill. Occasionally, previous guests may leave some behind, so you may be able to use it, but as a general rule, guests should plan to bring or swap propane at a local exchange station. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.
