Spent spring break here with my kids and their cousins. Their faces when they saw their rooms will be something my husband and I remember forever. Not a detail missed, excellent house all around! Highly recommend!!

My family and I had an amazing experience staying at Lukasz’s s place! The house was exactly as described – cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic making it super easy to explore the area. The check-in process was seamless, and Lukasz went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The area had a great water park with lots of activities, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen and the super comfortable beds. It made our stay feel like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My family has been coming to champions gate for years and this is the first experience we had that the management for the house was AMAZING. he was nice , polite , friendly , always tried to accomadate and everything he said was correct and accurate. We had no problems at all with the house. Everything worked well and was very clean. We loved our stay and most of all , the management was INCREDIBLE!!! 5 stars easy!!!

Although we did not have great weather for spring break we enjoyed the comfort of this condo! We were welcomed by neighbors and found all the people in NSB to be so friendly! Such a nice place to walk with the beautiful trees and shade!

It was the perfect location for our family vacation with small children. They enjoyed the pool and the beautifully decorated bedrooms. The adults loved the jacuzzi and a well stocked kitchen for eating in.

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at this beachfront condo in New Smyrna Beach. The one-bedroom unit was exceptionally well appointed, with everything you’d need for day-to-day comfort, plus a great selection of beach essentials that made it easy to fully enjoy the area’s beautiful beaches and amenities. Communication with Lukasz and his team was clear, consistent, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped beachfront getaway.

Our stay was amazing! The home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. We had a large group of 26 people, ranging from ages 1 to 70, and the space accommodated everyone comfortably without ever feeling crowded. There was plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing, and the pool area was a highlight for our group,perfect for hanging out!! We didn’t have any issues, but anytime we needed anything, Lucasz responded quickly and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home itself is beautiful, with a stunning design throughout. The attention to detail in each of the themed rooms was truly amazing and made the experience feel extra special. Everything was very well thought out, and the house was fully stocked with all the amenities we could need. The location was also perfect—easy to find, with a smooth check-in process, and plenty of great restaurants nearby. A special mention has to go to our host, Lukasz, who truly went above and beyond. From the very start, his communication was excellent—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond both before and during our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.
