Regal Palms Resort requires a mandatory resort fee of $20 (plus applicable tax and surcharge) per group per day to be paid by all guests at check-in. For example, a group of 8 people staying 5 days will pay a $100 resort fee plus tax. The resort fee is charged per group, not per person. As of September 1, 2023, the Regal Palms Resort requires a $100 refundable deposit on resort amenities and equipment.  HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in. Other things to note: Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew. Early Check-In: $50 add-on (3:00 pm instead) $75 add-on (2:00 pm instead) Late Check-Out: $100 add-on (11:00 am instead) $150 add-on (12:00 pm instead) In accordance with local regulations and the requirements of our insurance provider, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. Great experience, the pool and spa area was super nice after a long day at Disney. The workers at the resort were kind and helpful. Plenty of room to spread out at the condo and the kids loved the theming. The beds were super comfortable, water got and stayed hot and water pressure was perfect. No complaints at all.

Host was attentive and stayed in contact from booking to end of stay. My only suggestion is at check in we encountered a little hiccup but the host was right on it, agent at the community was unable to locate my reservation but confirmed with host, also I was charged a fee of about $44 again host was on it and was refunded immediately. I think the check in agent should have known the process and what fees are already paid for, but again that was minor as host was on top of it Nice home, my girls loved that they had their own room. Thanks for allowing to stay at this home and beautiful community Would use this host again

Great host. Very responsive and helpful, particularly in making sure our elderly family members were comfortable in the space. Great location for family members with mobility concerns- bedroom and full bath located on the first floor. Checkout procedure was a breeze. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here . The community was very safe snd had a lot of shops near by . The hike was beautiful with big bedrooms and very clean . I will definitely be back again.

Lukasz’s place was exactly as pictured. We did ask for early check-in & was able to check-in early with a fee. The house was clean & just as pictured. We did a little grocery shopping before hand & when I messaged Lukasz asking if they had plates, utensils, a coffee maker & baking sheet, they replied very quickly. The house was fully equipped with baking sheets, pots, pans, cooking utensils, a waffle maker, coffee machine, pretty much everything you need to be comfortable making meals on your vacation. Location was about 25-45 minutes from Disney World depending on traffic. There are nearby stores such as Publix, 7-11, Dutch Bros, Starbucks & other restaurants so that was nice. Would definitely recommend Lukasz’s place to anyone traveling with a family! They are very friendly & responsive!

Great place to stay, lots to do in the complex. Very clean and great communication with host. There’s not much stocked here so make sure to bring anything you would need. Conditioner, waters, etc.
