Guests will have full access to Casa Ohana. Free parking is available onsite for two (2) vehicles. For those traveling with little ones, we offer Pack n’ Plays, a highchair, and a tension stair gate, at no additional cost. ***All items must be requested 14 days prior to your arrival. Just so you know, a baseline set of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May-Sep), and 83 degrees in the winter (Sep - Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from (8 AM – 7 PM). During the winter, to constantly maintain a more moderate pool temperature, it requires a higher temperature (typically 88 degrees) and the pump is usually required to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $25 / Day. Please let our team know at least 48 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures. We are an accessible property: ☀ 2 first-floor master bedrooms that are wheelchair accessible ☀ Walk-in master shower with a small step-down ledge ☀ Wide hallways, standard bedroom doorways ☀ Easy access to the first floor and back patio We provide a small starter pack with basics like: ☀ 1 Paper Towel ☀ 1 Dish Sponge ☀ 1 Dish Detergent ☀ 2 Extra Trash Bags ☀ 2 Toilet Paper Roll Per Bath ☀ 2 to 3 Dishwashing Capsules in The Kitchen ☀ Small soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with amenities we enjoy for large groups: ☀ Keurig Coffee Maker ☀ Pots & Pans to include a large Stock Pot ☀ Dishes & utensils for a crowd ☀ Basic baking ware ☀ Ample Large Serving Bowls ☀ Blender & Pitchers for serving Margaritas ☀ Microwave ☀ Oven ☀ Toaster ☀ Dishwasher HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in. Other things to note: Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.
