Guests will have full access to the whole home. Free parking is available onsite for two vehicles in the driveway. For those traveling with little ones, we offer Pack n’ Plays and a highchair at no additional cost. ***All items must be requested 14 days prior to your arrival. We are an accessible property: ☀ 2 first-floor master bedrooms that are wheelchair accessible ☀ Walk-in master shower with a small step-down ledge ☀ Wide hallways, standard bedroom doorways ☀ Easy access to the first floor and back patio We provide a small starter pack with basics like: ☀ 1 Paper Towel ☀ 1 Dish Sponge ☀ 1 Dish Detergent ☀ 2 Extra Trash Bags ☀ 2 Toilet Paper Roll Per Bath ☀ 2 to 3 Dishwashing Capsules in The Kitchen ☀ Small soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with amenities we enjoy for large groups: ☀ Ample Serving Bowls ☀ Basic baking ware ☀ Keurig Coffee Maker ☀ Dishes & utensils for a crowd ☀ Pots & Pans to include a large Stock Pot ☀ Blender & Pitchers for serving Margaritas ☀ Microwave ☀ Oven ☀ Toaster ☀ Dishwasher HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. GRILL 🔥: Enjoy the grill during your stay! Most homes in the area charge extra, but we include it for you! Guests are kindly asked to provide their own propane for the grill. Occasionally, previous guests may leave some behind, so you may be able to use it, but as a general rule, guests should plan to bring or swap propane at a local exchange station. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in. Other things to note: Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew. Early Check-In: $50 add-on (3:00 pm instead) $75 add-on (2:00 pm instead) Late Check-Out: $100 add-on (11:00 am instead) $150 add-on (12:00 pm instead) In accordance with local regulations and the requirements of our insurance provider, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement is intended to ensure transparency and provide protection for both parties. We do not accept bookings from guests rated below 4 stars. Guests with ratings between 4 and 4.5 stars will require approval from management. Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act immediately; however, please keep in mind there is no one living on site 24/7.
